The Existing Resources and Site Analysis (ERSA) worksheet and its associated attachments (map, concept plan or preliminary plat and 1 color photograph from each face of the parcel) are easily submitted online below. Attachments can be submitted by mail or in person. However, please note that PWD will require additional processing time to digitize these submittal components for review. Upon receipt of a complete ERSA PWD will review the submittal. If necessary, PWD will schedule a meeting with the project applicant.

On the next web page, you will be asked to enter contact information and site information. Upon completion of this first page, you will be given a Project Tracking Number. This number can be used to track the review process through this website. It is updated daily, so please check the site for the most recent information regarding your project. Please note, you must click the “final submit” button at the end of the process to submit you ERSA for review. PWD will only review complete submittals.
