throughout the watershed to the waterways. The partnership seeks to achieve
higher levels of environmental improvement by sharing information and
resources.
-
An Integrated Watershed Management Plan (IWMP) is scheduled to be initiated
within this watershed in 2008.
-
Poquessing Watershed Partnership is currently developing a River Conservation
Plan, which will act as a blueprint for conservation action for the watershed
partners. The plan will provide general information on the characteristics of
the Poquessing watershed as well as strategies to improve and protect the creek
and its tributaries.
